Dr. Patel graduated from Stony Brook University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and went on to earn his dental degree from New York University College of Dentistry in 1996. The doctor then completed his residency at Long Island College Hospital.

Dr. Patel has achieved an Advanced Certificate from New York University in Oral Implantology and was awarded Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantology. Dr. Patel is certified to administer oral conscious sedation for those patients who suffer from dental anxiety.

Dr. Patel is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, as well as the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation.
